Refund policy

Terms of Exchange or Return

1- The product should be in its original condition (with all its accessories like the card and the Outer Case of the original product) without being used by the customer, ATA Stores has the right to refuse replacement or return orders in case the customer uses the product.

2- The customer pay the shipping fees in case of return if the reason is : change mind

3- ATA Stores will pay the shipping fees if there is any manufacturing defect in the product

4- The value of the product is refunded through the following payment methods (Vodafone cash – bank transfer) or sending a special Delivery man for paying the amount in cash upon receiving the product.

 

The period of exchange or return

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

شروط الاستبدال أو الإرجاع

١- يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية (مع جميع ملحقاته كالكارت الموجود على الشنطة والغلاف الخارجي للمنتج الأصلي) دون استخدامه من قبل العميل، ويحق للشركة رفض طلبات الاستبدال أو الإرجاع في حال استخدام العميل للمنتج.

٢- يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حال الإرجاع إذا كان السبب: تغيير رأيه.

٣- تتحمل الشركة رسوم الشحن في حال وجود أي عيب تصنيع في المنتج.

٤- يتم استرداد قيمة المنتج عبر طرق الدفع التالية (فودافون كاش – حوالة بنكية) أو عن طريق إرسال مندوب توصيل خاص لدفع المبلغ نقدًا عند استلام المنتج.

مدة الاستبدال أو الإرجاع

يحق للعميل استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
